From the moment I met Katie on her wedding day, she was so warm and welcoming! She decided on getting ready on site at the Harvest View Barn in Eilzabethtown, PA. I don’t think she could’ve picked a more perfect place. She shared with me her love of the farm and country which made this venue even more special to her. I enjoyed our conversations on her wedding details, fiance and so on. Katie explained what she envisioned in her bridal makeup and it came to live thru her permission of allowing my creative ability to flow. She absolutely loved the look and it showed in all of her pictures! I am so grateful for the opportunity to have worked with such a lovely young woman!

I can’t say enough great things about my day today and working with Elizabeth Nye, Sarah Rankin, their mom and Jessica Helm!! There were all so endearing and sweet to work with!! I love the laughter and conversations we had!! Here are a few makeup looks from today!

Everyone in the bridal party was used to wearing minimal or no makeup, so it was fun creating these very natural makeup looks! I love bring out the inner beauty of my clients!

I had the opportunity yesterday to work with one of my favorite ladies, Chelsea Byers!! I have known Chelsea for a few years now and was absolutely thrilled when she asked me to do her bridal makeup look for a number of reasons…

1. Because she has a love and appreciation for makeup like me, so I knew creating her bridal makeup look would be so much fun!

2. Because she lights up a room when she’s present and is such a sweet person! But above all because she was marrying her best friend, so to be apart of something so special was so meaning to me!!

You could certainly feel the love in the room today. One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is getting to meet and know some incredible individuals. Today was the perfect example of that. My lovely bride Lila Jonas and her bridal party shared so many special memories of their long lasting friendships. There was so much love in that room, it was so refreshing to see!
